Quick Creamy potato soup
3 potato's peeled and cubed
1/4 cup onion chopped
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
14 tsp. pepper
1 can evaporated milk
Place the potato, onion, salt, pepper, with the water and cook until the potato's are soft. Then place it in a food
processer with the evaporated milk. Puree it until it is nice and smooth. Place it in a micrawavable dish and heat.
Serves 2.
