Swedish Pancakes
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. melted butter, margarine, or oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup flour
These are a very thin pancake. They have nothing in them to make them rise so
they stay very thin. Mix the milk, melted butter, margarine,or oil, and egg.
Add the liquid slowly to the dry ingredients. Be sure to beat out the flour lumps.
Fry on a medium hot fry pan or griddle.
These are very good rolled up with berries or apple sauce.
