Orange Pineapple Salad
2 3oz. pk. orange jellow or 1 large pk.
2 cups hot water (very hot near boiling)
1 can frozen orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges, sliced
1 small can crushed pineapple (drain but save the juice)
Add the pineapple juice and frozen orange juice. Disolve jello in hot water,
then add the pineapple and orange juice. Let sit in refrigerator until the
ingredients become very syrupy. Then fold in the fruit.
Leave in refrigerator until set about 2 hrs.
This is a good salad to make up the night before.
