Apple Crisp
1 cup flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup sugar
Spray a medium size dish or pan with a vegetable spray then add enough sliced
apples to cover the bottom. You may use either raw apples or 1 can of apple pie filling.
Mix together the dry ingredients then add the butter or margarine. Stir until it gets
crumbly.
Sprinkle the 1/2 sugar over the apples then sprinle the crumb mixture on top.
Bake at 350° for 30 - 40 min. Stick a fork into the apples to see if they are soft.
Serve warm or cold, with a dab of whipped topping.
