Chocolate Dump Cake
IN a 9" x 13" cake pan place 3 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons baking soda. Stir together with a fork. Then make 3 deep holes into the mixture. Fill one hole with 2 tablespoons vinegar, another with 2 teaspoons vanilla and the last with 2/3 cup oil. Pour 2 cups cold water over the enitire mixture and stir with a fork until blended. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Frost once cake has cooled.
Frosting
In small bowl blend together
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Then add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the frosting is spreadable
