Russian Teacakes
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup peacons or walnuts chopped fine
2 1/4 cup flour
In large mixing bowl blend together butter, powdered sugar, nuts, vanilla and salt.Chill dough for 20 min roll into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet 2" apart.Bake at 400° 10 to 12 minutes.While still warm roll them in powdered sugar. Then once they have cooled roll them again.
