Potato Chip Cookies
2 cup margerine In a large mixing bowl combine together
the butter, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Blend together until smooth. Gradually
add flour, mixing by hand once necessary. Stir in crushed potato
chips. Drop dough by the rounded spoonful on cookie
sheet 2 apart.
Bake at 375° for 7
to 9 minutes or until cookies are golden
brown.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup crushed plain potato chips (make sure to use plain potato chips but regular or ripple will both work)
